Here are some cute pictures I came across when I was looking for her 6 month monkey picture.  These are all from about a week on either side of her turning 6 months.

6 month monkey picture

I was off work and got to spend the whole day with Brinley on her 6th month birthday!  We had fun (except for the dr that afternoon).
Here is her 6 month monkey picture....

I cannot believe how much she changes each month.  It is so fun to see all the new things she learns and does and know that there are so many more coming soon!

Brinley's 6 month dr appointment

We had Brinley's 6 month check-up on Tuesday, December 14th.  She had to have 4 shots, which she did not like.

Her 6 month measurements....
Weight:  16 lbs, 9 oz  65 percentile
Height:  26 1/2 inches  75 percentile
Head:  44 cm  80 percentile

The doctor was happy with everything Brinley is doing.  She sits really good, she laughs and tries to talk, she reaches and grabs things, she is on cereal and vegetables, about to start fruits.
He also found that she has ear infections in both ears.  So we had to get Amoxicillin and take that for 10 days, then come back for him to check on December 27th.

6 month pictures

We had Brinley's 6 month pictures and our family and Christmas pictures made.  She was in a good mood and the photographer did great.  We were real happy with how they turned out!

Daddy's Birthday

Johnny's birthday was on Friday, December 10th. We both took the day off and kept Brinley with us. We celebrated his birthday that morning, then went and got our family pictures/Brinley's 6 month pictures taken, then went to dinner.

Olivia's birthday party

Johnny and Olivia's birthdays are on the same day. We went to Olivia's 9th birthday party at Build-A-Bear on Sunday, December 5th.  Brinley got to make her own bear! Johnny and I helped her pick it out, she did a ballerina bear. We went through each of the steps with her....Brinley got to pick out a heart to go in it, we had it stuffed, got it dressed and finished with some bows!

Brinley was so worn out that she slept through the presents and the cupcakes.  Even with all the noise!
